This Privacy Policy describes how Signal Trading ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with signaltrading.pro (the "Service").
Account information. When you create an account through Amazon Cognito, we collect your email address, name, the identifier of the sign-in provider you use (email/password, Google, or Microsoft), your account tier, and your sign-up and last-login dates.
Settings and portfolio information. We store settings you configure, including watchlists, default tickers, portfolio holdings you upload or type, portfolio screenshots you submit for the purpose of extracting your holdings, alert email preferences, and display preferences.
Usage and log information. Our servers automatically record certain information, including your IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, and timestamps. We retain this for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis.
Cookies and local storage. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and preference cookies to remember display choices such as theme and text emphasis. We also use your browser's local storage to remember interface preferences such as sidebar state and display mode. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use the information described above to operate and maintain the Service, authenticate your account, apply your saved settings and preferences, generate the analysis and AI summaries you request, respond to support requests, and monitor and secure the Service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising networks or advertising cookies.
We retain account information for as long as your account remains active. Server logs are retained for a limited period, generally no longer than 12 months, for security and troubleshooting purposes.
