Account sign-in is provided through Amazon Cognito, using email and password or a Google or Microsoft sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@signaltrading.pro of any unauthorized use.
The Service provides general, impersonal market research, data visualizations, screening tools, quantitative scores, historical studies and backtests, paper-trading (simulated) portfolio results, and AI-generated written summaries of computed data. Content is the same for all users and is not tailored to any individual's financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
The Service is not personalized investment advice, and no communication through the Service should be treated as a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Signal Trading is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, does not execute trades, and does not hold customer funds or securities.
The Service may offer paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you retain access through that period. Subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor, and use of that processor is subject to its own terms.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy stated at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law. We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice to affected subscribers.
We may grant complimentary or promotional access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, and may modify or revoke such access at any time.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, scores, and analysis methodology, is owned by Signal Trading or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
Market and reference data displayed on the Service is obtained from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Service.
Certain summaries, commentary, and analysis on the Service are generated using artificial intelligence models based on computed data. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate statements and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for any decision.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Trading will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Trading, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
